Linda Hardenstein is has been a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) since 2007 and is a graduate of the prestigious Georgetown University Executive Leadership Coaching Program (2002).
She has worked with the Human Resources Coaching and Career Institute (HRCCI) since 2015 as a trainer and reviewer. She is also a Mentor Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation who enjoys working one-on-one with graduates who are ready to achieve or renew their ACC credential and want to further develop their unique coaching style, expertise, and enhance their gifts as a coach.
As Founder and Owner of Hardenstein Consulting Linda have provided career coaching to hundreds of executives and attorneys guiding them to find greater satisfaction and success in their careers. She is also known for her leadership coaching and training that helps managers focus on the right behaviors to break through conflict and communicate effectively to deliver priority results.
The former Director of Training & Professional Development at a renowned international law firm in Washington, DC. she built from the ground up a firm-wide, award-winning in-house university and career development program for attorneys. She coached over 300 attorneys to develop leadership skills, to gain promotions, and to achieve their career goals. Prior to that, she managed five programs with a budget of $23M and a staff of eight for a 2.3 million member education association in Washington, DC. Her fifteen-year stint with that organization had her consulting to executive directors, general counsels, and program coordinators in 51 affiliates, improving program operations and ensuring compliance. She conducted needs assessments to develop and deliver customized management, communications, and conflict resolution training. A certified mediator and facilitator, she mediated employee, community and EEOC disputes and facilitated groups to resolve complex problems.
